| lol I am no bl.... Saint when I am bad I am really bad.lol Well not a lot of damage 80.1k this morning. Felt the feeling of the sugar last night and could not sleep very much. I am feeling a lot better now after going for moning tea. I missed breakfast and just had a skim flat white for morning tea. I waited till I got home at 2.00pm to have cereal and some black pudding sausage. I know a bit fatty for what I should have but ate it before realising. Delia |

| When Ken smokes it he puts in a lot of salt. So the salt contend is making me hold fluid. Down today so that was good not like last time. Mothers Day over for another year but we did have a nice lunch with my sisters and husbands just a few of us this year but lovely.
Have to tell you I lost it today and had a big plate of trifle 2 slices and then 2 slices of bread when I got home from lunch. Still full but will just have some monsterio for dinner to move it through. You know I ate it thinking all the time. This does not tastes that good and then the bread also this does not taste good SO why did I keep eating it. Old habits do die hard. It is 17 weeks since I have had anything with sugar flour in it. Also had a glass of wine which was very nice.
B fish and 2 cups of tea smilk
L Smoked chicken roast pork bit of crackling tomato lettuce beans kept to plan up until here
1/2 glass of wind
This is where I lost it
Big plate of trifle and 2 slices.
Got home and had 2 slices of bread with butter and promite.
D monsterio
Back to the plan tomorrow. |

| That is weird. Why would it make you retain water just because it is smoked? |

| you have to be a member. It is $60 a year. Not worth it for the amount of times we go. |

| We went to Melb on Friday. I shopped at costco as my daughter is a member so she made me an additional family member. We like the sirloin steak from there. I made a mushroom sauce to go with it. I got a few mouthfuls down but usually chewed the bejesus out of it and spit it out. I just can't relax and eat a steak. I saw a big round pack of those laughiung cow cheeses (everything is big at costco) 8% fat. I thought of you LOL |
