Tara you can do it I have seen what you have done before.
I am feeling good and yesterday they all comented on the loss. Well everyone except my husband thinks I have done well. I would give anything for him to say something about it.

| Tara..hang in there girl..you'll get it off. I struggled for a bit there too...but managed to lose 9kgs in the past 10 weeks including the weight I gained..I think having a new man had something to do with that ;) Well Done Delia!!! :) |

Now for the next one.

I am just .1 short of my goal so I am pleased but them I weigh tomorrow so I may be there.
