| Tarnia that is fantastic. Well done. That is a great idea about seeing the dietician. Now is the hard part keeping it off. I am glad that you are recognising that and tackling it. |

| Well I am now 69kgs. I have finally reached my goal weight!!! I have now lost 53kgs in total. I was 122kgs. I can't say its been an easy journey but its very rewarding. I guess the challenging part begins with trying to maintain weight. I'm off to the dietician tomorrow to discuss how to maintain my weight as this is the part I have always fell down with in the past. |
