Hi wondering what people are taking for arthritis and how they are managing.
I was taking a lot of panodol osteo and occasional celebrex along with glucosomine and fish oil. The band became quite irritated and gave me a bit of scare with reflux pain. Have since had .75 mls taken out and things settled. Wondered how others manage. There was a lot of info on the yahoo board but can't refer to that now

Hi Margot,

I take glucosomine tablets and fish oil in liquid form. I found it harder to take the fish oil capsules as sometimes they got stuck.
